What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of heavy-duty truck and trailer repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Willingness to mentor and support fellow technicians.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own tools and toolbox.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship.
