FleetPride is hiring a Diesel Technician III in Pleasant Valley, NY!
This is our advanced-level technician role for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers — from routine PMs to complex engine, electrical, drivetrain, and aftertreatment repairs.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Diesel Technician III, you'll work on a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including:
- Preventative maintenance & DOT inspections.
- Air brake systems.
- Electrical diagnostics & schematics.
- Starting & charging systems.
- Wheel ends, steering & suspension.
- Cooling systems.
- A/C diagnostics & repairs.
- Drivetrain components.
- Transmissions & clutches.
- Differentials.
- Aftertreatment systems.
- Upper & lower engine repairs.
- Diagnostic troubleshooting.
- And everything in between!
You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and assist other technicians and help maintain FleetPride's high standards for safety and quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to coach and assist other technicians.
- Strong communication skills with managers, service writers, customers, and teammates.
- Own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver's license.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
