Monday–Friday * Day Shift | PLUS $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
FleetPride is hiring a Diesel Technician II to join our team in Rochester, MN. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift opportunity offering stability, strong benefits, and long-term career growth.
We’re looking for an experienced heavy-duty diesel technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is willing to support and mentor other technicians as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel truck repair experience preferred.
- Strong “bumper-to-bumper” diagnostic and repair knowledge.
- Willingness to assist in training and supporting other technicians.
- Must have own tools and toolbox.
Core Skills Include:
- Driveline.
- Clutches.
- Suspension systems.
- Aftertreatment systems.
- Hydraulics.
- Welding & torching.
- Electrical diagnostics.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Full heavy-duty truck repair capability.
