This is a Monday–Friday DAY SHIFT position with a growing company that offers long-term stability, career growth, and a strong team environment.
As a Service Writer, you’ll communicate repair estimates, scheduling updates, and work details with customers while supporting daily shop operations. This role is ideal for someone with heavy-duty truck/trailer knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Heavy Duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong computer skills.
- Inventory experience or willingness to learn.
- Team player willing to help around the shop as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift/move parts over 60 lbs.
