Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Heavy Duty Area Manager to lead our operations within the Western Division. This role involves overseeing daily activities, driving business growth, managing profit and loss responsibilities, and inspiring a team of supervisors and staff. The ideal candidate will excel in management, strategic planning, and business development to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational goals with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities within the heavy-duty truck parts market.
- Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and sales strategies.
- Supervise daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring process improvements and efficiency.
- Drive sales initiatives by building strong customer relationships and identifying new business prospects.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions.
Experience:
- Proven management experience within the heavy-duty truck industry, with a focus on supervising teams.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams toward achieving collective goals.
