Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and growing business? FleetPride is looking for a Territory Service Sales Representative to help expand our service business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll manage and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor for our truck and fleet service solutions. What You'll Do - Grow New Business:
  • Identify and pursue new customers using Rigdig, prospecting tools, referrals, and industry resources.
  • Research customer operations and uncover opportunities to provide value.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
Build Strong Customer Relationships:
  • Present FleetPride's service solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
  • Establish long-term partnerships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Manage and Grow Existing Accounts:
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Develop account growth plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate and Drive Results:
  • Partner with Service Center teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, safety initiatives, and operational planning.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and key metrics.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity.
What We're Looking For/Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the heavy-duty truck, fleet maintenance, transportation, or service industry.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience with Rigdig or similar lead-generation tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
