Day Shift | Monday–Friday | $25-35/hr + Monthly Bonuses
Are you a heavy-duty technician who values quality work, a safe and friendly environment, and long-term career growth? FleetPride is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician II to join our Bellingham team.
We provide truck and trailer repair services ranging from preventative maintenance to full in-frame engine rebuilds across multiple makes and models. Our focus is investing in our technicians by providing advanced diagnostic tools, paid OEM training, and the resources needed to succeed in today’s industry.
As a mid-level technician, you will perform a wide range of repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Vacation and paid sick time begin accruing at 90 days.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of truck and trailer repair experience preferred
- Ability to mentor or support other technicians
- Strong communication skills with managers, service writers, and customers
- Must provide your own tools and toolbox
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)
- Motivated to work efficiently and safely
Technical Expertise Should Include:
Air systems, electrical diagnostics and schematics, starting systems, brakes, wheel ends, coolant systems, A/C diagnostics and repair, steering and alignment, drivetrain repair, transmissions, clutches, differentials, aftertreatment systems, and upper/lower engine work.
