FleetPride is looking for an experienced Mobile Service Manager to oversee and grow our NEW mobile service operations across the Cranston, RI and Worcester, MA markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Mobile Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile service department and help ensure our technicians provide high-quality repairs, excellent customer service, and efficient response times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee mobile service operations across the assigned territory
- Coordinate daily service assignments and technician workloads
- Schedule and prioritize mobile service calls
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coach, develop, and support technicians to help them achieve individual and team goals
- Serve as a key resource for heavy-duty service, inventory, and product knowledge
- Manage and update work orders and invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Perform quality checks on completed work and verify invoice accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, dealers, fleets, and subcontractors
- Monitor technician performance, productivity, and progress
- Provide feedback and direction to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Assist with training new employees on company procedures and expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and FleetPride policies
- Stay current on industry standards and best practices
- Manage department P&L and understand financial performance
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve department results
- Help grow the mobile service business and develop strong fleet/customer partnerships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience leading or managing a service operation
- Heavy-duty truck, trailer, fleet, or mobile service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of work orders, invoicing, and service operations
- Experience managing a P&L and monitoring productivity
- Comfortable coaching employees and holding teams accountable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations and mobile service operations
