Position Details:
- Pay up to $32/hour, plus monthly productivity bonuses.
- Brand-new company service truck.
- Primarily perform lot work and repairs outside the shop during regular business hours.
- Company truck stays at the shop when you are not on call; you may take it home when on call.
- Required 24-hour on-call shift every Saturday.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of diesel repair experience on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Your own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication skills when working with service managers, service writers, and customers.
- A commitment to safe, efficient, high-quality work.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
- Air systems, brakes, and wheel ends.
- Electrical diagnostics and starting systems.
- Cooling systems and basic A/C diagnostics and repairs.
- Steering, alignment, and drivetrain repairs.
- Differential removal and replacement.
- Aftertreatment systems.
- General trailer repairs.
