DIESEL TECHNICIAN III – Williston, VT

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Up to $45/Hour + Monthly Bonuses | Weekly Pay
Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys diagnosing challenging repairs, working with a great team, and being recognized for your experience?
FleetPride is looking for a Diesel Technician III to join our Williston, VT team!
This is an advanced-level technician position for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenging repairs, help coach other technicians, and work with a team that values quality, safety, and getting the job done right.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As a Diesel Technician III, you’ll work on nearly anything that comes through the door, including:
  • Advanced electrical diagnostics & schematics.
  • Engine diagnostics, repairs & in-frame rebuilds.
  • Aftertreatment systems.
  • Transmissions & clutches.
  • Differentials & driveline repairs.
  • Air brake systems.
  • Wheel-end repairs.
  • Steering, suspension & alignment.
  • Cooling systems.
  • A/C diagnostics & repairs.
  • PM services & DOT inspections.
  • Air systems.
  • Starting & charging systems.
  • Truck & trailer repairs.
  • And everything in between!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Willingness to coach and assist other technicians.
  • Strong communication skills with service managers, service writers, and customers.
  • Commitment to quality and safe work practices.
  • Own tools and toolbox.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • CDL is a plus, but not required.
