As a Service Writer, you’ll play an important role in keeping communication flowing between customers, technicians, and the shop team—from estimates and scheduling to repair updates and final details.
Previous automotive, transportation, parts, or service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Service Writer, you’ll help keep the shop running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating repair estimates and recommendations to customers.
- Providing scheduling and repair-status updates.
- Coordinating with technicians and shop management.
- Helping keep daily shop operations organized.
- Assisting with parts and inventory as needed.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Making sure customers understand the work being performed.
- Building positive relationships with customers and the shop team.
