If you have a background in heavy-duty trucks, trailers, fleet maintenance, parts, or service advising and enjoy working with customers while keeping a busy shop organized, this could be a great opportunity for you!
You’ll play an important role in keeping communication flowing between customers, technicians, and the shop team—from estimates and scheduling to repair updates and final details.

YOUR SCHEDULE:
- Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Service Writer, you’ll help keep the shop running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating repair estimates and recommendations to customers.
- Providing scheduling and repair-status updates.
- Coordinating with technicians and shop management.
- Helping keep daily shop operations organized.
- Assisting with parts and inventory as needed.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Making sure customers understand the work being performed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills.
- Inventory experience or willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help around the shop.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move parts weighing 60+ lbs.
