This is a Monday–Friday DAY SHIFT position with a growing company that offers long-term stability, career growth, and a strong team environment.

As a Service Writer, you’ll communicate repair estimates, scheduling updates, and work details with customers while supporting daily shop operations. This role is ideal for someone with heavy-duty truck/trailer knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Heavy Duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure.
Strong computer skills.
Inventory experience or willingness to learn.
Team player willing to help around the shop as needed.
Ability to occasionally lift/move parts over 60 lbs.
